£4.60 a day will fund Dr Chuga

£35. 00 a day funds 2 hot meals for up to 75 children,
the 6 Teacher’s and the 3 cooks’ salary

£63.00 a week funds the running costs of the Health Clinic

£275 will pay for the running costs of the clinic for a month

and

£3,300 will pay for the running costs of the clinic for a whole year

Consultations are free, medicines are paid for in summer when there is work. The winters are severe. Free medicines and transport is funded for the needy.

Funds are being raised for both the clinic and the school in Rigul, Tibet

What money is needed now?

Clinic:

to pay for the essential clinic staff of Dr Chuga  and an assistant for Dr Chuga. When we have raised enough money for each member of staff for that year then the remainder will go towards the day to day running costs of the clinic, including free transport for the needy, and any repairs and improvements to the buildings and equipment.

School:

to pay the staff of the teachers and cooks and to provide basic education to all children, including two hot meals per day for each child.  The buildings of the school also require ongoing maintenance in addition to living accommodation for the teaching staff.
